Past Newsletters

One of the benefits of membership to NWEMF is receipt of the newsletter, which is distributed to members at five points throughout the year.  Each newsletter gives advance warning of upcoming workshops and events, and can be invaluable for booking a place for those events which have limited space. If you have forgotten the password for our members’ area, please contact us.

You can here access our digital newsletters that are at least one year old going back to 2011. Before this, NWEMF newsletters were printed, and we are currently working on a project to upload an archive of all workshop reviews from the printed newsletters, going back to NWEMF’s inception in 1977.

You will also find details of early music articles and other items of interest which have appeared from time to time over the years, both online and in the printed newsletters.

In June 2024, we sent out our first NWEMF Digest, a regular short email sent out to members and mailing list subscribers in addition to the full Newsletter. The NWEMF Digest includes brief reports of past workshops and details of upcoming workshops, as well as other concerts and events of interest in the North West and surrounding regions. If you’re not yet a member and don’t want to miss out, you can join our mailing list here.
