We are pleased to announce that applications for our May and June workshops are now open for bookings. Deborah Catterall will be leading a workshop for voices, viols and low recorders in Lancaster on 17 May 2025 titled The Secret Spirituality of Prioris, Palestrina and Pomponio. As well as looking at a several pieces by each composer, Deborah will also cover some breathing and vocal techniques to help perform this wonderful repertoire.
On 14 June 2025, George Parris is back with us in Chester to do a workshop for voices and all instruments on The Full Moon Mass by little-known Italian composer Giuseppe Corsi da Celano. George last did a workshop for us in 2023 (you can read the review of it here), and we’re all delighted to welcome him back again this year.
